Deliveries/Digital Download - Order Dispatch

We are more than happy to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

  1. Your order has been correctly processed at the Skarthaburg Music Online Music Shop.
    You will receive an email with an automatic order confirmation.
  2. Your parcel is packaged by our sales team and prepared for delivery.
    A parcel will leave our store within 1-3 working days after having received your order.
    You will receive a delivery confirmation by email with a copy of your invoice attached.
  3. Your parcel will be delivered once dispatched by Royal Mail and you will receive it within 3-4 days by standard delivery.
  4. If you have chosen the Digital Delivery Option. You will be able to download the Full Score and Parts including Front Cover and Inner Page Description to print off the copies yourself, saving valuable time and money.

Deliveries - Notification Service

  1. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your order at your home. We would like to receive your signature when we deliver your parcel.. 
    Not at home? Then your parcel is delivered to your neighbours if possible. Or the deliverer will leave a "not at home" notification.
  2. The deliverer left a "not at home" notification?
    This notifications contains a message allowing you to pick up at a Local Post Office or  allows you to make an appointment by telephone or online for a second attempt with Royal Mail .

Deliveries - Postage Costs

All orders over £60.00 are free of delivery charges. Orders under this amount are charged at a flat-rate of £4.50. 

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. Please note, we will need to charge carriage in this case and we will be happy to quote should this situation arise.These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge.These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints Procedure

We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within 48 hours and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
